Urys® dietary supplement for dogs is intended to relieve inflammation of the lower urinary tract. It can be added alongside prescribed diets, antibiotics, before and/or after stone surgery, and for urination problems from a behavioral perspective.

It can be used long-term and concurrently with diet or medication.

Palmitoyl glucosamine (PGA) is a natural substance composed of PEA and glucosamine. In its most bioavailable (micronized) form, PGA-m helps maintain the integrity of the bladder lining and is a source of glucosamine, a natural component of the urothelial protective layer.

PEA has a beneficial effect on mast cells, stabilizes them and also acts on endocannabinoid receptors. It directly affects the increase of endocannabinoids like 2-AG.

Glucosamine is part of the glycocalyx, the protective layer of the bladder lining.

Hesperidin is an antioxidant, a flavonoid, from grapefruit extract (Citrus Aurantium), with a high ability to bind and neutralize free radicals (like NO, for example).

Usage and Dosage

Liquid: Shake well, insert the measuring syringe into the opening on the bottom cap, turn the bottle upside down and take the daily amount specified in the table. Administer the syringe contents directly into the animal's mouth or mix with food.

Capsules: Open the capsule as shown in image (1) and squeeze its contents into the animal's mouth or mix it with a portion of food (2). The dog can also swallow the capsule whole.

Ingredients for liquid: PGA-m = micronized palmitoyl-glucosamine 90 mg/ml. Dextrin, palmitoyl-glucosamine (8%), sodium pyrophosphate, yeast, lupine flour, sodium chloride, sunflower oil. Technological additives: potassium sorbate (885 mg/kg). Sensory additives: extract of Citrus aurantium (26549 mg/kg), benzoic acid (664 mg/kg). Ingredients for capsules: PGA-m *180 mg/caps | * PGA-m = micronized palmitoyl-glucosamine. Vegetable oil (soy), bovine gelatin, glycerol, palmitoyl-glucosamine (18.4%), sodium pyrophosphate, yeast, lupine flour, sodium chloride, sunflower oil. Organoleptic additives: Extract of Citrus aurantium (61345 mg/kg).
