This unique carrot soup recipe is named after the pediatrician and Professor Dr. Ernst Moro. The secret of his recipe lies in high-quality ingredients and especially in a special preparation method. Unlike regular carrot soup, Moro carrot soup is cooked for more than two hours. Only this way, from carrots are released the so-called oligosaccharides. Oligosaccharides are short-chain sugar molecules that attach to the intestinal wall as a protective layer. They also promote the growth of healthy gut bacteria and thereby strongly support the recovery of a disturbed intestinal flora.
