Pure Vitamin C for Dogs; Enhancement of the Immune System and Support for Acidic Urine
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) performs various tasks in metabolism and acts as a coenzyme and cofactor in various biological reactions. Vitamin C increases iron absorption and improves its transport through the blood. The antioxidant effect of vitamin C, along with the antioxidant effect of vitamin E, is one of the most valued because it has a great power of neutralizing free radicals.
It has a decisive influence on the metabolism of connective, bone, cartilage, and epithelial tissues, as well as on scarring. Vitamin C participates in the immune system by stimulating leukocytes, interferon production, and lymphocyte formation.
Instructions for use: mix into the daily meal.
Dogs
- 0.4 to 2 ml or 8 to 40 drops once to three times a day.
- for urine acidification in dogs: 8-40 drops three times a day
Cats
- 0.4 ml or 8 drops once to three times a day.
- for urine acidification in cats: 8-40 drops three times a day
